Located between Sa Punta de n’Amer – a Natural Area of Special Interest – and the rocky area of S’Illot, Sa Coma Beach offers an extensive stretch of sand, transparent waters and, on the seabed, large meadows of posidonia. That makes this beach a magnificent place for diving and other water sports for both visitors and residents.

Other leisure activities on Sa Coma Beach include parasailing, banana boating and beach volleyball. The beach also has three kiosks serving drinks and food. The kiosks have public toilets.

Safety: Sa Coma has lifeguards on duty during the day. They have a jet ski and safety equipment and buoys mark the channels for vessels and the bathing area limits.

Accessibility: The beach has several access ramps for the disabled, an amphibious wheelchair (on request) and reserved parking areas.

The Sa Punta de n’Amer promenade is lit along its whole length.

It’s easy to reach the beach by road if you follow the signs. There is also a bus line with a stop 50 metres from the beach. Ease of access and the beautiful surroundings are just two of the reasons Sa Coma Beach is very popular with both local people and visitors during the summer months.
